From there habitual reference to the system of Kant as a copernicana revolution in the history of the thought. Our philosopher thus conceived its system as a synthesis and overcoming of two great chains of the philosophy of the time: the rationalism and the empirismo, beyond also intending to become the compatible philosophy with science physicist-mathematics. To carry through its intention, after long years of intense reflection, Kant elaborated first a theory of the knowledge? formulated in the Critical one of the pure reason? whose objective age to determine the principles that govern the human agreement and the limits of its application, thus seating on safe bases the scientific knowledge, that passed then for extraordinary development. Later, in the Critical one of the practical reason and in the Critical one of the judgment, Kant looked for to give solid bedding to the certainty of that a superior order exists, capable to satisfy to the moral and ideal requirements of the human being. Such bedding if would find, according to it, in the law ethics, autonomous worker and independent e, therefore, immune to the critical ones produced inside of the restricted field of science. In the history of the philosophy occidental person, the thought of Kant is a decisive stage, whose fecundidade is far from having if depleted. It was the starting point of the modern German philosophy and marked thinkers as Fichte, Schelling, Hegel and Schopenhauer. Its workmanships are basic reference for diverse chains.
